My passion for fitness started at the age of 17, my obsession to acquire every piece of knowledge in fitness was my top priority from purchasing books, programs and everything I could at a younger age. Reading through health and fitness magazines, cover to cover instead of studying for exams and doing homework, created an infatuation in the subject. By the time I was in college I knew one of the things I wanted to do was be a trainer.

With an educational background, I’ve learned and applied everything through personal experience in my high school and college years to this day. Hello my name is Celeste, and I am a certified massage therapist. I’ve mastered various techniques at Somatherapy institute such as, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, reflexology, thai and prenatal. And graduated on December 2018. I started doing massages at my home and also house calls.
