My name is Anna and I am a certified personal trainer here at Self Made Training Facility in Palm Springs, CA.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of healthy, positive choices and lifestyle changes. I’m here to support and challenge my clients to create healthy, realistic, and empowering fitness goals in which I am then able to design individualized programs based on each goal. In addition, I strive to help my clients build a strong foundation through corrective exercises, teaching proper form, mobility movements, and a hands-on coaching approach. I have an athletic and endurance training background as a former long distance runner and long time gymnast. Having experience in both endurance training and strength training contributes to my knowledge and expertise in educating each client properly and effectively. So whether you are brand new in your fitness journey or you already have some experience, I am eager to teach both basic fundamental movement patterns as well as challenge each client to progress mentally and physically. Hello my name is Celeste, and I am a certified massage therapist. I’ve mastered various techniques at Somatherapy institute such as, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, reflexology, thai and prenatal. And graduated on December 2018. I started doing massages at my home and also house calls. A year later I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Moffitt at Gonstead chiropractic where I help patients with medical issues. Now I am here and joined the Self made family in Palm Springs, to help all the athletes heal after their workout. I have a passion at what I do!

Personal Trainer in Palm Springs – Hi, I’m Liz😁. I’m a mom of 6 beautiful children and a grandma. I’ve worked as a NICU nurse for 25 years. I’ve always had an interest in fitness for as long as I could remember and with determination/consistency was able to get myself on track in getting back into shape after each child. In 2013 I became a spin instructor, taught body combat and prepped for my first bodybuilding competition. I loved the sport so much that I turned pro in Wellness division in 2021. The goal of any pro bodybuilder is to be able to compete in Olympia and I was one of 18 in the world to be selected to compete in the 2023 Masters Olympia.
