My name is Mikey Urwin, and I am a certified personal trainer based in Palm Springs, California. My passion for fitness stems from a personal journey of transformation and growth. Growing up, I was an active athlete and played college football. Unfortunately, during my second season, I suffered a torn ACL for the second time and fell into a state of unhealthy habits, inactivity, and significant weight gain.

However, I refused to let my circumstances define me and instead, I made the decision to take control of my health and wellness. I educated myself on proper training and nutrition, and through dedication and hard work, I was able to shed 70 pounds and surpass my previous powerlifting records. To this day, I remain active in competitive club Rugby, a testament to my commitment to fitness.

As a personal trainer, I understand the challenges that many individuals face when trying to achieve their fitness goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves, and it is my mission to empower my clients with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
