Reading through health and fitness magazines, cover to cover instead of studying for exams and doing homework, created an infatuation in the subject. By the time I was in college I knew one of the things I wanted to do was be a trainer.
    With an educational background, I’ve learned and applied everything through personal experience in my high school and college years to this day. I’ve grown to have comprehensive and authoritative knowledge in fitness through my own experience in bodybuilding, weight loss, athleticism and more. Bodybuilding (building muscle and losing body fat) has been my strong suit with also working with those with previous injuries looking to rehab and get back in shape or simply lose weight.
