While this experience has been incredibly rewarding, I realized that I want to make a difference in people’s lives before it’s too late. I specialize in working with middle-aged men to help build their dream bodies but I am also very comfortable working with young guys trying to build muscle and or lose weight. And senior guys trying to stay in or get back into shape by losing weight and building muscle to prevent things like bone loss as we age for a better quality of life.

My own fitness journey begins over 9 years ago when I first started going to the gym with my father. From there I developed a passion for exercise and bodybuilding, reading Arnold Schwarzenegger’s The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding from cover to cover at the age of 14 and dreaming of stepping on the bodybuilding stage, which did come true in 2023 when I competed in my first natural bodybuilding show. As an amateur natural bodybuilder and coach, I want to help you discover that same joy and fulfillment I found through this fitness process.

I have an Associate in Arts Degree in Kinesiology and I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. Born and raised in the heart of sports culture, my journey through athletics began with a passion for football, baseball, and track. From an early age, I found myself immersed in the thrill of competition and the pursuit of physical excellence. But it wasn’t until I witnessed the mesmerizing talent of Kobe Bryant on the basketball court that my love for sports truly ignited.

As I spent countless hours studying every move, every play, and every game of Kobe’s illustrious career, I developed an unparalleled appreciation for the intricate workings of the human body. This fascination with anatomy became the cornerstone of my journey towards becoming a personal fitness coach.

Fuelled by my passion for sports and my desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, I embarked on a path of self-improvement and education. I dedicated myself to mastering the principles of personal training and holistic nutrition, earning certifications that would later serve as the foundation of my career.

Starting out as a personal fitness coach for myself and a few coworkers, I quickly discovered my knack for motivating others and guiding them towards success.
